Harold Buttrum, 91, of Marion, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 9:40 pm at Herrin Hospital.
Harold was born August 1, 1929 in Pope County the son of W.E. and Lena (Jones) Buttrum. He is preceded in death by his wife Dorothy.
Harold was the long time owner of Marion Lawn and Garden.
He is survived by his Step-children;
Scott Stroud of Creal Springs
Brenda Stroud of Thompsonville
Brother – Ronnie Buttrum of Marion
Brother – Danny Buttrum of Murphysboro
Preceded by his Parents, Wife – Dorothy, Step-sons – Jeff Stroud, Rick Stroud and Chris Stroud, his brothers and sisters – Lucille Adkins, Frances McDonald, Billie Buttrum, Ruby Ewing, Edward Buttrum and William Norris Buttrum
Private graveside services will be held at Number 8 Cemetery. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
