Amiel Franklin Goins, 40, of Rosiclare passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at 10:40 am at his home.
In accordance with Franklin’s wishes he will be cremated, his family will hold a Celebration of Life service. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion assisted the family with arrangements.
