you were a very loving woman, whom welcomed everyone. i remeber meeting you for the very first time. you welcomed us with open arms and made us feel as if we known you forever. you always had a smile on your face, from the time you woke up, till you told us good night. you will truly be missed, by many people who will gather to say good their good byes. you and your husband were great and loving people, the kind of people that everyone needs in their lives. rest in peace and may god along with great grandpa baker welcome you with open arms as you did to many people.

I was so saddened to read that Lil had passed on. She was such a delight at Shawnee every week when I would come to read to the residents. She would be “mad” if they wanted to fix her hair or do rehab during the reading time. She listened so attentively as I read and she was my “amen” lady whenever she liked hat she heard.

Accept Monte and my condolences. I hope that her memorial service will be publicized so we can attend.
