    Carol,

We are sorry for your loss, but happy for the good long life she enjoyed. I did not know your mother well, but having talked to many of her former students over the years, know she was a much loved and highly respected lady. Cherish the great memories of these many years. Dave

Unfortunately, health issues of my own don’t allow me to attend the services for this very special lady. She was a great mentor to me in the 70′s when she was my supervisor while working for her as a student teacher aide at the Chittyville school. My condolences to her family, she will be missed.

My deepest sympathies for your loss. Mrs. Rodney was my first and second grade teacher at Sunnyside and was a beloved teacher. She made a lasting impression on my life and I will be forever grateful that our lives crossed paths. I will always remember her! God bless you.

Aunt Marguerite was a very special person. Her arms were always open to who ever wanted to visit her. So sorry we could not make the trip for the funeral. She will be dearly missed.
Remembering all the Thanksgivings we visited when we were very young.
