Marion- Darrell Wayne Robertson, age 46, passed away at 3:00pm on Monday, December 7, 2015 at his residence in Marion.

Darrell was born in Herrin on July 7, 1969, the son of Paul Wayne and Norma (Dodd) Robertson. He had worked for Hyatt Hotels.

Survivors include his sister- Michelle Cullum of Johnston City

Sister- Carol and Kevin Porritt of Herrin

Nephew- Joshua Hammers of Germany

Niece- Chelsea Cullum of Johnston City

Nephew- Jesse Porritt of Herrin

Niece- Rebecca Porritt of Herrin

Step-Brother- Stephen and Laura Bowen of Herrin

Step-Sister- Mechelle and Jeff Roger of Virginia

He was preceded in death by his parents, step-brother- Scott Bowen, step-father- Steve Bowen, paternal grandparents- Clyde and Nola Robertson, and his maternal grandparents- Lester and Ester Dodd.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Rev. Don Colson officiating. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00am-1:00pm on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
