Herrin- Daniel Lee Crain, age 56, of Herrin, passed away at 2:12am on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Herrin Hospital.
Daniel was born in Herrin on November 25, 1958, the son of Howard Eugene and Donna (Cox) Crain. He married Paula Odom in Herrin on November 20, 2015. She survives in Herrin.
Mr. Crain was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Herrin. He was retired from Wal-Mart where he had served as a Department Manager.

He was preceded in death by his father.
Graveside services will be held 1:00pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Carterville. A time of visitation will be held from noon until 1:00pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
