West Frankfort- Rose Marie Carlton, 80, of West Frankfort, formerly of Mt. Vernon, passed away at Herrin Hospital on February 1, 2014.
It was her wish to be cremated and a private inurnment will be held at a later date at West Salem Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. Memorial arrangements were made at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the relatives and friends of Rose Marie Carlton. Death, being the enemy that it is, will soon be gone forever according to 1 Corinthians 15:26 and Revelation 21:4. According to John 5:28,29, all those who have died, including Rose Marie, will be resurrected.
