I remember Mr. Shostrum for many years watching Eric and I play baseball at the city park. He was always very kind and praised us often and I am grateful for all the years he supported us. From my mom Dolores Bates and myself, our prayers go out to the Shostrum family.

We have fond memories of “Uncle Charles” and will always remember his presence when he walked into the room! He was a stranger to no one! His obituary reflected a very full and happy life!

Our thoughts and prayers will be with you on Saturday, as we will be unable to attend the memorial service.
