Marion � Helen Maxine Furlow, 87 died Monday, September 08, 2003 at 7:45 A.M. in Fountains Nursing Home in Marion.

Helen was born June 26, 1916 in Williamson County to Roy and Myrtle (Shanks) Connett. She married William J. Furlow on August 30, 1937 in Paducah, Kentucky and he survives.

Helen was a homemaker and a member of the Third Baptist Church in Marion.

Survivors include:

Anita & husband Link Evrard of Pittsburg
5 Grandchildren
3 Great � Grandchildren
1 Sister � Dorothy Shanks of O�Fallon

Preceded by parents, 2 sisters � Violet Bramlet and Eva Harris

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 11, 2003 at 2 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Ford officiating. Burial will follow in Oddfellows Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12:00 P.M. � 2 P.M. on Thursday.
