Melinda L. Clendenin
Marion- Melinda L. Clendenin, 56, of West Frankfort, passed away at 5:08 PM, Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.
Melinda was born on December 7, 1953 in the Azure Islands to Roy Thomas & Jean (Sheer) Clendenin.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed fishing, camping, cooking, baking, sewing, cross stitching, yard sales and spending time with her family and pets.
Survivors include-
Daughter- Lindy Clendenin of Fergis
Son- Nathan Clendenin of West Frankfort
One grandchild on the way

Emily Rendleman of Fergis
Angela Corzine of Marion
Sister- Vicky Lint Clendenin of Lewisburg, KY
Niece- Devon Nixon of Central City, KY
Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, adopted grandchildren and close friends
She was preceded in death by her parents and two nephews- Little William and Roy Thomas O�Connor.
The funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM, Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion. Rev. Jeff Odom will officiate. Burial will follow at Davis Prairie Cemetery in Marion. Visitation will be from 5-8:00 PM, Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion.
