Tommy Valentine

Marion � Tommy �Tree Trimmer� Valentine, 68, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2006 at 1:25 A.M. at his home in Marion.

Tommy was born August 29, 1937 in Metropolis to James and Beulah Valentine. He married Carolyn Sue Killman on September 10, 1963 in Marion and she survives.

Tommy worked as a tree trimmer on road construction.

Survivors include;
Wife � Carolyn Sue Valentine of Marion.
Daughter � Betty Valentine of Marion
Five Grandchildren;

Nikki Killman of Marion
Charles Tolbert of Goreville
James Lee Valentine of Marion
Timothy Dale Lindsey of Marion

Brother-in-law and wife � Roger and Mary Killman of Marion

Preceded by � Parents, One Son � Jim Lee Lawrence Valentine, Two Daughters � Nora May Valentine and Brenda Lee Valentine, Sister � Mary Edwards

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Jerry Lingle officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Shed Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service.
