Jo Ann Porritt
West Frankfort-Jo Ann Porritt, 61, died 3:33 P.M., Sunday May 8, 2005 at St. John�s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.
She was born July 19, 1943 to William & Ethel (Mays) Jeffrey. She married Jerry D. Porritt on January 26, 1963 in Herrin. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of Grace Awakening Church of God in Benton.
Survivors Include:

Son & Daughter-In-Law: Jeff & Sheila Porritt of West Frankfort
Seven Grandchildren:
Misty, Jerimy, Tyler, Matthew, Nicholas, Marshall & Bradley Porritt

Also survived by several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one granddaughter Kari Lynn Porritt, two brothers, Willie & Bill Jeffrey and one sister Louise Pike.
Funeral Services will be 11:30 A.M, Thursday, May 12, 2005 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Petty officiating. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the family to offset medical expenses.
