To Tiffany and all the fammily:
My late in-laws, Emery and Mildred Milligan were lifelong friends with Troy and Rose, and my late husband, Mike, worked with him many times over the years

We always felt as if Troy were a member of our extended family. He was always there to help when we needed him. When he was working on a 3rd bedroom and bath for Karina, he took the time to teach her how to whistle. He was always such a pleasure to be around. We will miss him.

Love and prayers for all the family.
