As a caregiver for Robert . I spent many , many hours with him over the past few years . Robert was my teacher . He tought me without even knowing he was doing so . I learned so much from a man who was not even able to communicate verbally. I think what I learned from hin the most was how to love unconditionallyand how to have patience in dealing with the unknown. I am saddened at his passing and will miss
him dearly although I am excited to have the belief that he is dancing in heaven along side of Jesus . Rest in peace my friend ,you deserve it after the long battle that you have fought . God bless you and your sweet soul . Fly high with the Angels dear sweet man .

I have a lot of childhood memories of my cousin Robert. When I was little he wanted to make sure I went through the haunted house in the old girl scout cabin and when I became a freshman I had to be on the lookout in order not to get initiated. I always admired his automotive and construction skills. I’m so sorry his illness struck at such an early age. From all of the Rodney cousins we thank those who cared for him during those years and for everyone’s prayers and concerns.
