Once at WashU Mr & Mrs Hughes arrived one evening parking their car in front of our dorm. Chris and I met them with big smiles and Mrs Hughes just looked at both our stomachs and said “Oh you boys haven’t been eating enough!” overly concerned about our well being! Mr Hughes just laughed. He knew we were simply young and lean and hadn’t missed any meals. Fun, better times I will never forget. So sorry to learn of her passing, our prayers are with your family Chris.

Rennie was one of the kindest souls I have ever met. My son was prone to febrile seizures and when I would call Dr. Hays she would immediately take the call and with her calm quiet voice get us through his seizure and get the anibiotic called in for his ear infection. She was a Godsend and my sympathy and prayers are with your family at this time. My son is 32 and a Army Captain and we owe a large part of that to Rennie’s love and dedication to her profession. I always considered her his second mother. God Bless.

Rennie was a big part of Kay’s and my lives at the pool, traveling and just being freinds. She was always on me because I didn”t call her Wrennie.
