Debbie was one of our foster children, and continued to be “one of our kids.” We met her when she was 13 yrs old. I was honored that Deb considered me her mom. Deb was a prankster and entertained us on many occasions. She loved to laugh and had a winning smile. She was a strong woman and faced some real bumps in the road, but her faith was strong. She is now in God’s loving arms after a long illness.

    Love you, “Mom”
